Farm raised catfish fillets are dredged in our own seasoned bread crumbs, fried and finished with N'awlins Sauce. Served over white rice with carrots.

A favorite! 10 ounces of well-marbled beef seasoned with Creole spices. request your steak either blackened or grilled. Served with your choice of starch and carrots.
Cajun Stir Fry
A Chef Jon creation of alligator meat, alligator sausage, andouille sausage, surimi and crawfish tail meat. Tossed with oriental vegetables and Cajun Garlic-Pepper sauce. Served on a bed of house rice.
French Quarter Cod
Cod fillets and crawfish are hand battered and golden fried to perfection. Pan fried potatoes, Cajun coleslaw and remoulade sauce accompany this meal.
Shrimp Creole

This is what Louisiana cookin' is all about! A seasoned mixture of Andouille sausage, smoked ham, chicken, shrimp, crawfish, peppers and onions in a tomato base stew served over rice.
Blackened Salmon
A tender salmon fillet is blackened to perfection and topped with our orange rosemary butter. Served over a bed of wilted greens with portabella mushroooms, house rice and carrots.
