Proposal

A complete proposal will be provided free of charge.

Deposit

A 50% deposit of your estimated invoice is required for confirmation of your full service catered event.

Guest Counts

The final guest count must be called into our office 2 days prior to the event. After that date, no decrease in guest count will be accepted.

Sales Tax

Wisconsin State and Local sales tax will be applied to your total bill.

Leftovers

It is the Policy of the State of Wisconsin Health Department that any leftover food from a full service event not be allowed to be taken home by the guests. Any leftover food remains the property of Crawdaddy’s. Please be accurate with your guest counts.

Delivery and Pick up

Full Service - Crawdaddy’s will arrive onsite with your meal, set up the buffet line and serve you and your guests. This style of service is recommended for groups of 50 guests or larger. Crawdaddy’s will add a 18% Service charge to the total food and beverage portion of your bill for this service.

Delivery Option — Crawdaddy’s staff will deliver your meal hot and ready to be served in disposable serving ware This option does not include chaffing dishes. Chaffing dishes are available for an additional fee. Delivery fees are 60.00 Milwaukee County, 75.00 Waukesha Country. Additional fees for other outlining areas. Fees will apply for return visit to site to pick-up chaffing dishes.

Pick Up and Go—We will prepare and package our food in disposable containers for pickup. Our friendly staff will even load it into your car. Pricing includes disposable plates, flatware, napkins and serving utensils.

Specially Designed Menus

In addition to our catering menu, Crawdaddy’s offers custom, Chef designed menus. Crawdaddy’s can create food offerings from just about any type of cuisine. When there is ample lead-time we are able to but together a custom menu per your request. Please give us a call for more information.
